Deliveries
Once your package has been shipped you’ll receive an email with a track and trace code.
Choice of courier service may vary but normal for UK mainland delivery is within 3 days from collection. If your package doesn’t arrive please contact us at hello@capikooa.com referring your order number so we can look into the issue as soon as possible.
Returns
No-nonsense return policy:
If your product arrives and it’s not quite what you expected, send it back in unused condition within 30 days for a full refund*
If you receive an item that’s faulty upon delivery then we’ll make things even easier by sending you a pre-paid label so you can send it back and get a new one as quickly as possible. Just email hello@capikooa.com quoting your order number to help us speed up things.

* The shipping fee for returning an item that wasn't faulty on delivery is for the buyer.
