We deliver to consumers in the UK, where there is a standard delivery charge of £4. We usually use Second Class Royal Mail for standard delivery; express delivery by courier is more expensive and is calculated at the checkout.
We usually despatch all express orders received by midday, Monday - Friday, on that same day. We use a next business day service, i.e. deliveries are made on Monday - Friday.
If we are temporarily out-of-stock of an item and it will take more than a few days before it will be back in stock then we will email you to tell you so you can decide to wait, alter or cancel your order.
If for any reason that we are unable to fulfil all, or part, of your order then we will email you to explain what the problem is (e.g. an item is out-of-stock or we cannot deliver to your area). Often we will give you a choice of options. Sometimes we will have to cancel your order. If we have to refund you money, we will do it promptly by the means that you paid us (and anyway within 30 days).
As a consumer you may cancel your order at any time up to the end of 14 days from the date you receive the order and you do not need to give us any reason. Please contact us in writing (email or letter) if you want to cancel your order. Once we have received the goods back we will refund you promptly (and anyway within 14 days).
Please note that a business has no right to cancel their order.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item from us, please could you inform us in writing (email or letter) as soon as possible and we will decide on the appropriate course of action.
